Hello, today let me share a recipe of chocolate cake, it is baked in silicon baking tray.
Self rising flour : 1 and a half cup
Eggs : 3 no; take the white and yolk separately.
Sugar 1 and a half cup
Chocolate powder: 1 and a half teaspoon.
Ghee : 1 teaspoon
Milk : 1 table spoon
Mix the self rising flour with the chocolate powder by sieving two or three times. Beat the white till it looks like a foam, and then beat the yolk; mix the two and beat again. Slowly add sugar and beat it. Add the powder mix and make a tough dough. To soften it, add the milk and ghee mixture ( add the ghee to the lukewarm milk) to the dough and beat again. The mixture is now ready to bake. Transfer it to a silicon baking tray which carries beautiful designs and cook it in the microwave for 10minutes. Allow it to cool and we can have beautiful shaped chocolate cakes.
